The value and the potential of the companies are the employees and their families. I only design the processes and structures in industrial companies. I take the employees on the journey of change. The core competence must come from insite. My goal as an IM is to support my customer hands-on with meaning and understanding wherever there is a fire. I communicate at all levels of the company to promote the goal of change and make it understandable.
