The criteria for membership

To provide guidance and transparency for clients, the public, for people just starting out in the profession and for maximum security, DDIM has defined clear quality criteria for professional interim management services.

The DDIM membership procedure guarantees high quality.

  • Written application with CV and references and with a description of any successfully executed mandates.
  • Extensive personal interview with a member of the DDIM board
  • On entry, all members agree to abide by the quality standards, the code of honour and the articles of the DDIM.

Qualitative requirements for DDIM membership
Technical skills

  • Certified education and higher education (university degree or comparable)
  • Many years of leadership experience (at least seven years in positions of responsibility at first or second levels of management)
  • Specialist knowledge in various sectors

Supplementary international or regional experience, intercultural experience

Personal skills

  • Flexibility
  • Focus on objectives and results
  • Above average social skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Self-confidence
