As a forward and networked thinker, I support you with advice and, if desired, action: strategy consulting, organisational consulting, concepts for the optimal deployment of all your employees, change journey management, executive coaching. This may involve succession planning, restructuring, business expansion, transformation or integration. Our cooperation can take the form of (agile) project management, interim management, facilitation and coaching. I also offer my experience as a managing director and as a certified supervisory board member.
