- Project management: Preparation of the introduction of an ERP based on MS Dynamics, relocation of DATEV interfaces to the cloud, introduction and connection of a smart small parts warehouse (KNAPP stores) to the ERP, consulting for the store relaunch and introduction of an online store, introduction of a document management system, takeover of IT support for a local pharmacy

I quickly familiarized myself with the company and IT structure and was therefore able to restructure and accelerate the upcoming projects with the specialist departments within 14 days. In particular, I was able to significantly advance the preparation for the introduction of an ERP and the introduction of a smart small parts warehouse.
