As a general manager with international experience and more than 40 years of professional experience, I am pragmatic and goal-oriented in implementation. I have been working successfully in interim management as CEO, CRO and consultant for about 10 years. During this time I have gained experience and success in turnaround and change management. The clients were from different industries (care, automotive, real estate and public sector).
