Turnaround achieved in a short term and additional jobs were created on a sus-tainable basis. Sales more than doubled.
2022-2023	Managing Director Desautel GmbH, Jena, Rüsselsheim / Germany Management of the Desautel GmbH, site relocation during ongoing operations, with P&L responsibility The German sales office with two warehouses had to be relocated to a new location that was yet to be found. Employees had resigned and had to be replaced at short notice. Tasks:  Secure existing B2B relationships and location functions  Operational activities: o Management of the GmbH with all administrative tasks o Analyzed work processes, created requirement profiles and job descriptions and commissioned personnel consultants o Location search carried out (office and warehouse) o Employment contracts developed o SCM strategy developed for the relocation during operation New staff hired and trained. Founded a new location, furnished everything new, found a warehouse, organized and carried out the move, closed the old location and warehouse. Sales increased at the same time.
